Its 13.3-inch LED-backlit display provides 1440x900 resolution, with 128GB or 256GB PCIe-based flash storage. This was the first MacBook Air with PCIe SSD storage, offering dramatically faster read and write speeds compared to the previous SATA-based drives. It includes two USB 3.0 ports, a Thunderbolt port, an SDXC card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack and MagSafe 2 power. Battery life reaches up to 12 hours.
