About iPad 4th Gen Repair
The iPad 4th Generation, released in November 2012, was notable for being the first iPad with a Lightning connector, replacing the legacy 30-pin dock connector. It also introduced the A6X chip -- a powerful dual-core 1.4 GHz processor that delivered significant graphics improvements over the iPad 3rd Gen. The 128GB model, added in February 2013, made it the first iPad to offer that capacity.
