About iPad 7th Gen Repair
The iPad 7th Generation launched in September 2019 as the first standard iPad with a 10.2-inch display, up from the 9.7-inch panels used in previous generations. It also introduced Smart Connector support for the first time on a non-Pro iPad, enabling the use of the Smart Keyboard. Powered by the A10 Fusion chip, it delivers a 2160x1620 Retina display at 264 ppi with Lightning connectivity. The display is non-laminated (non-bonded), with separate digitizer glass and LCD -- meaning the two components can be addressed independently during repairs.
