Do you repair all PC brands, or just custom builds?
We repair everything. Off-the-shelf desktops from Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, and Acer. Custom gaming builds. Office workstations. Home media PCs. Small form factor machines. All-in-one desktops. Should I upgrade my old PC or buy a new one?
This is the question we get asked most often, and the answer depends on what you use it for. If your PC has a reasonably modern motherboard and CPU (Intel 6th generation or newer, or any AMD Ryzen), adding an SSD and more RAM can make it feel like new for a fraction of the cost of a replacement. If the motherboard and CPU are very outdated, upgrading individual parts becomes less cost-effective and a new build or purchase may be better value. We will give you an honest recommendation.
Can you build a custom PC for me?

Can you transfer my data from my old PC to a new one?
Absolutely. We can transfer your documents, photos, music, bookmarks, email, and other personal files from your old PC to a new machine or a freshly installed operating system. We can also set up your applications and configure your settings to match your old setup as closely as possible.
Do you do on-site PC repairs?
We primarily work from our workshop at 1 City Rd, as we have all our diagnostic tools and parts here. For desktop PCs, bringing the tower to us is usually straightforward. You do not need to bring the monitor, keyboard, or mouse. If transporting the machine is genuinely difficult, give us a call and we will discuss what we can do to help.
